Giles brings a unique perspective as both a current Managing Director at a prestigious Pro Audio company and a former Marketing Director at a leading Technology PLC. For one day a week, he coaches neurodivergent owners, founders and senior leaders across all industries.

As an MD himself, Giles has has a strong sense of empathy for, and shared experience with sparky leaders who can’t help but approach the world differently. Rare indeed is it to find such executive credentials combined with a deep expertise in coaching and neurodiversity, making his approach truly distinctive.

Giles holds an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Hult Business School, is accredited by the European Mentor and Coaching Council (EMCC – Senior Practitioner), and over a year’s training with ADDCA (ADD Coaching Academy).

Playful and highly empathic, Giles’ 121 and team coaching is largely person-focused, ensuring clients feel ‘always heard, often challenged yet never judged’ as they work towards their goals.
As a former director, Giles can sit comfortably alongside C-suite execs and start-up founders alike, boosting effectiveness, developing leadership and helping clients think more deeply and creatively about the challenges they face.
Giles is the lead designer of two neurodiversity training programmes. 'Impactivity' is a productivity training initiative designed to unleash the potential of neuro-diverse professionals. Alongside this, 'Managing Impactivity' seeks to support managers and organisations seeking to empower their neurodivergent population.
Giles also coaches at both music-based not-for-profits and global humanitarian NGOs.
